Bahama Breeze $250 Dining Coupon Giveaway – Official Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer
The Bahama Breeze $250 Dining Coupon Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized by One Tanderra LLC (the “Organizer”). By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of One Tanderra LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on March 13, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 19, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
There is no cost to enter the Giveaway. To enter, participants must correctly answer the following trivia question: “Name the co-captains of the 1986-1988 Yankees?” and submit their answer through the designated entry platform. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $250 dining coupon to Bahama Breeze, which can be redeemed at any Bahama Breeze restaurant. The coupon must be used by April 19, 2026. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other goods.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly using “https://app-sorteos.com/en/apps/pick-random-name-winner” or alternative randomizer at Organizers discretion from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry within five (5) days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected at the Organizer’s discretion.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that the Organizer may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, all matters will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless One Tanderra LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
10. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved through arbitration in the State of Florida.
